Silentstep tries his best to stay positive, even when helping cats who are nearly dead. He doesn’t give up, and even though he is fretful, he stays on the positive side of things

He loves playing with kits, apprentices, and nearly any cat. It helps him relieve stress, and is fun for the other cat(s) as well

>>Intelligent

To be a medicine cat, one must be intelligent. Memorizing herbs and healing remedies is very difficult, but Silentstep found it rather easy.

He doesn’t like it when other cats point out his disability, or think of him less because of his inability to speak

>>Fretful

Silentstep is rather worrisome about many things. If the clan will have enough herbs, if warriors get injured, if queens have trouble in labor. He tries his best not to worry, but its almost inevitable

Silentstep is definitely not in the best shape. Even though he is the medicine cat, a job which doesn’t require much physical labor, he’d be in quite a bit of trouble were he to be attacked

Silentstep is very forgiving, which is a good thing, most of the time. But sometimes he forgives too easily

From early on, it was clear to tell the Silentkit was very different from his littermates, and from most of the cats in the clan. For one, he never spoke a word. The medicine cat at the time couldn’t figure out why, but guessed there could be damage to his windpipe. SIlentkit’s father was a very aggresive warrior, and wasn’t too pleased with how delicate his son seemed to be.

>>Apprenticehood

Although Silentkit wanted to become a medicine cat, his father made him train to be a warrior. Snaketail wanted nothing less then perfection from his three kits when it came to battle skills. Lucky for Silverpaw and Copperpaw, Silentpaw’s siblings were very strong and made his father proud. Silentpaw barely scarped by, failing nearly every test. He was only granted warriorhood because his mentor felt pity for him.

>>Warriorhood

Silentstep’s warriorhood was very short, and nearly a moon into being a warrior, his father was killed in battle. Silentstep seized the opportunity to train as a medicine cat. He picked up the art quickly, and became a medicine cat after another few moons.

>>Medicinecathood

Silentstep’s mentor died soon after he became a full-fledged medicine cat. He grieved, but he was very excited, as he was finally doing something he actually enjoyed. He thrived as a medicine cat, bringing lots of good things to the clan.

-Silentstep communicates through body movements. He uses his tail to gesture to things, and his paws to direct cats. His face is also very expressive.

[ Relationships ]

- Snaketail (Father) Silentstep never really liked his father, and although he felt terrible about it, was relieved when he died

-Smokefeather (Mother) Silentstep loves his mother, as she always accepted him and wanted him to become a medicine cat

- Copperclaw & Silverstreak (Brother & Sister) Silentstep isn't sure of how he feels on his siblings as Copperclaw and Silverstreak never were very nice to him
