Nice work though.., I like this 'Mech along with the Timber Wolf, probably the best two designs for the heavy class.

I always thought the the Prime variant lacked some secondary weaponry. When you're playing the other 'mechs that came out in 3050, this was the only front line unit to have just three weapons. Plus if you're using cluster rounds rather than solid shot for the LB-10X, the damage potential is greatly reduced.

And yet it is because of the LRM15 and LB-10X that in the late game, this thing is a nasty crit-seeker. The hard part is keeping your unit intact long enough to do enough damage to expose the internals.

I think it was just a compromise though... you could always redo the Prime loadout but this Mech had always come off as a good striker though yeah... the weaponry is limited. Unfortunately I haven't played that much of BattleTech to fully enjoy it

The MkI version (not published, but evident in original TRO art and figurines) has a SRM6 add to its arsenal. Or at least a pair of 3-tube missile launchers that were on the upper legs.

I'd suggest finding a group that plays MegaMek or joining a MekWars server if you want more time with the table top game.

gotcha, though I remember those launchers from the blueprint, though I assumed they were some sort of A-Pod system, but thanks.

Very nice stuff, as always, Liz. Only suggestion I might have is to put some kinda watermark on it so it can't get ripped off and converted into a light switch cover.

LOL! If that happens again, then I may end up with a another one. Maybe start a collection.

I love how you put your own "flavor" to your models. You never just copy it. :thumbs up:

While there is a certain level of skill involved in making exact replicas, I find it a bit boring to just "stick to the script" as it were.
