Another tutorial. 8)
Didn't take me long...but ya. this tutorial is for ms paint.
if you didn't "KNOW".
I put the steps at the side if you ever need help.

if you can't read the little descriptions here,

1. Prepare for Tutorial!
MWAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!

2. First put a pupil in
the middle of the eyes, if
you want your character
to have one.

3. Put high-lights at the
bottom of the eyes, and
shades at the top.

4. Put a white coating
around the eyes, but
make sure it has a grey
tint to it.

5. Put white shines in the
eyes for that
3-demensional look.

6. Last but not least, add
shades and coloring for
the finishing touch.
