I don't know if your problem is solved yet, but it's natural to have blanks between the line and the color. Magic Wand never select all necessary pixels, that's why people often use Lasso tool to select manually.
To come around this problem, when using Magic Wand, go to Selection/Expand... on the menu bar and choose some numbers like 2-3 pixels according to your own image. It won't do much good with little angles though, you have to paint them with Brush (manually, of course.)

if the artwork disables does it mean that the sai's dead im not sure i have paintool sai on but im Β not sure how to use it does it mean that its shut down or its just unable to work?

all i can say is i really love you i love how you went down in more detail than all the other thousand tutorials. i think im going to post one of my ocs in your style of coloring comared to my old way which is how you see in my avatar oc that i colored.
