Ohh.. I'm sorry, but I never colored a character with a hairstyle
like that 
I think you can create new layers and make some 'traces' with
the other colors you want (for example, a white hair with pink streaks)
or give the drawing a gradient effect using the Airbrush on the tips
of the hair (pink hair with purplish tips)

Hmmm...i don't really get what you're meaning x'3 (it could be because it's morning here in Holland) but i'll try ,uhm...could you show me how if it doesn't works >3< then i mean...could you pleaaase make a tutorial out of this 'how to color multi-colored hair- then i maybe understand,you don't really have to,i get it if you're busy >3< (i'm really busy too,but still x'3) anyways,thank you for replying

I just have one question though... What are your airbrush settings? Like density and such. I'd really appreciate them

What exact setting do you have your magic wand tool on? ((specifically your transparency difference.))

Ohh My magic wand tool settings are in 'Precise', 'Transoarency = 0'
'Selection Source = Current Layer' 'AntiAlias - OK'
