So, this is "Blinko". It was a concept I had when I first designed 13's Void Realm. I never ended up incorporatin it into the world. I thought though that it would be fun to now incorporate this lil fella into it jus for the fun of it.

Name: "Blinko" (This name was given to it by 13).
Anomaly Class Type: Radio Anomaly, Frequency Anomaly.
Age: This Anomaly has no age. Like 13, it's ageless.
Voice Type: Static Male voice.
Stability: Harmless.
Place of Origin: Void Realm of Anomaly-13.
Porting Ability: None, it cannot leave the Void or port things into the Void.
Soul Status: Doesn't appear to possess a soul of any kind.
