So this is Scooter- an old character from my wasteland concept world. Hes a mechanic fella who joins the Euphoria airship crew, which is a Rebellion airship, after being found wandering the wasteland with his friend Toland (This is Toland: Toland [Ref Sheet] ). He dedicates himself to the care of the airship.

Other Info:
- No one knows anything about Scooter really, he refuses to say anything and seems to enjoy being so secretive about it. And if you ask him about his secrets he’ll simply just say “Don’t you know, loose lips sink ships.”.
- Totally doesn't use engine oil to slick his hair..
- Is SUPER forgetful, you may be talking to him and he'll simply walk away or ask what you were even talking about. Forgets where he puts his tools all the time.
- Hates being bothered when he’s working on his tinkering.
- Very twitchy, has Tourette’s but during the time era there’s no such thing as diagnosis for things.
- Has moments where he will blankly stare at nothing, or stare at his hands for like 20 minutes. Yes Scooter, you have hands buddy.
- Makes strange comments/remarks sometimes that are lowkey concerning, will say them with a straight face then forget he even said it.
- Isnt very serious most of the time, but when he is, you know it means business.
- Makes strange expressions for no reason.
- Thinks airships are the most gorgeous thing on Earth, dont try to fight him on that. Has an obsession with talking about or comparing things to "The Old Mistress" which is supposedly an airship, but no one knows of it.
- Is definitely a bit... crazy, but is extremely friendly.
- Has remarkable mechanic skills on airship engines, he wont tell where he got these honed skills from or who taught him.
