Worked on it a bit more too. Still not perfect, there's a lot of compression issues happening between switching softwares.

But! I am getting the hang of drawing in 360... I think.
It's not perfect, but I won't be able to do better 'till I can avoid compression artefacts that depress me between versions.

Thanks!

I've just been rewatching TNG, so a bit of Borg in there. DS9 next!

No Borg in DS9, except for the first five minutes of the first episode, and even then it's a flashback to The Best of Both Worlds.

Yeah I know... But DS9 comes after TNG. I've been rewatching all the series.

Bit of an overlap between them, the first part of DS9 overlaps the last bit of TNG.

Thanks dearest!

They are made with great difficulty.

I'm using the still-in-development-software PanoPainter so that I can draw directly in the projection (in the sphere) and once I've blocked out my areas, I take it into Photoshop then work on it some more, details and such and then back into PanoPainter for anything straight lines or anything. And keep on going until you find the picture is finished.

Icould have gone much further details-wise (even though I'm not very detail-oriented, it could be cleaner) but the current version of PP compresses the images so you end up with jpg compression artifacts everywhere between each bounce between software so I didn't go too far to not end up incredibly frustrated.

Next version will save in lossless png and all will be well.

Sounds like a rather complicated process. Regardless, I'm interested in trying it out some day The loss of quality through jpeg exporting sounds super annoying but you seemed to do pretty well even though the process was frustrating

Thanks! Glad you like it
This one was harder to pull off, I had to attempt emotion.
