This is a BIG chibi tutorial... sorry but it is in portuguese because my English is horrible
I tried to do my best, but I think it sucks...

é simples!! para o circulo é só usar um compasso (se tiver..) e
pra linha é só usar uma régua!!

geralmente faço grande pra poder pintar os detalhes melhor
e depois diminuo a imagem..
Costumo usar 1000 de largura e a altura varia...
