Could it be that Pico has a doppelganger of sorts, or perhaps it was a simple face lift. How does that hat fit on his head?These are the sorts of tough questions Mr. Zero has to deal with when interviewing racers.

Well, it's simple. One part of Pico's head is more spherical. When wearing a hat, he could have just tightened it enough for it to fit on his head and not fall off. Kinda like how we do it.
