Yes, the writing on the wall glows... Weird, huh? xD
(... I hate backgrounds *sigh*)

The shading and highlights of the character is very nice. It really gives the image a shady backstreet look. The colours are very warm and works well on the skin. I can see you used a texture on her clothing but I would also put some texture on the leather of her backpack and her belt. Also the gun should have a lot more reflection because its a shiny object.
The only weird thing n the image is the background. Because its perspective is weird I cannot see if its a floor or a wall. The best way to do this is change the perspective of the words. With them it clearer for the viewer what kind of background it actually is.

I really love your pose here. Nailed the anatomy and proportions of it, which is really nice. I love the muscles, nicely done. I think they are accurate and look realistic. Which brings us to your character!~ Very nice shading on the entire thing, like the skin? Awesome. The shirt has good folds as well. Creative clothing is really good as well.
I like the lighted words, and the lighting. It glows just right. I think though, since there's a bit of light on her left shoulder, it would hit her hair on the bottom left as well. The rest of the lighting is consistent and well done.
The only other area I'd mention is the strongest highlights. I think slightly blending it or neutralizing some of the bright would help it. Mostly on the belt and some parts of the hair.

This is really a great pice. Especially how you create hair is astonishing. Also the light works really very well within your image and enhances the whole scene. You have a good eye for creating expressive and dynamic pictures.

Oooh, I really like this one. The composition of her back turned to us and the cool background symbols is very mysterious and adventurous.
