These six guys just came to my mind all at once, and I’m pretty happy with how they turned out, and also, man, it’s pretty hard to come up with cool aliens!

Introducing Ben’s third original batch:

1) Melt-Devil: DNA sample that the Omnitrix’s scanned from a Elementor from vulcanic region of planet Multiplus, were the four nations of Fire,Water,Earth and Air are constantly at war with each other. Ben obtained this transformation when a diplomatic ship of the air nation, crashed on Earth and was followed by a group of Fire nation’s soldiers. Ben fought off the attackers and gained their DNA, eventually Ben will try to solve the conflict while transformed as Melt-devil, but he will only led to an alliance between Fire and Air, which lead to the Water and Earth nations to forge an alliance of their own.
Melt-Devil can control the flames that compose his body and not external ones, but his name comes from his extremely high temperature that can melt almost any metal in the universe. Melt-Devil can also propel himself in the air, but this doesn’t really mean he can fly, rather that he can hover around.

If you couldn’t guess, I was mainly inspired by the Avatar universe when coming up for a lore for this alien

2) Re-wire: Re-wire was originated by the Omnitrix after scanning a Celebropodus: a parasitic creature from planet Gulmax. Ben fought a swarm of these pesky creatures when they have latched on to a NASA drone that was returning after discovering planet Gulmax. Being energy absorbing parasites they quickly drain the whole base, fortunately the returning of the drone was an event opened to the public and Ben and co. subdued the threat.
Unlike the alien this form was created from, Ben can still talk as Re-wire and have the additional ability to hack into every technology, but he still need some help in figuring out what to do, since his IQ doesn’t expand

The main inspirations for this alien were Kang from teenage mutant ninja turtles and the Daleks from Doctor who.

Barn-my: an unknown DNA sample that was once dormant in the Omnitrix. Barn-my can create small egg like creatures from the weird mouth across his body, that function like drones. Ben is even able to see, hear and speak through them, however mastering this form was one of Ben’s hardest challenges. Barn-my just appeared on the Omnitrix one day and Ben decided to try it out, causing a ruckus in a nearby ranch.

Barn-my’s design was mainly inspired by the X-men villain Nanny, who I always thought was really goofy.

4) Lightmare: obtained after scanning the DNA of a Refrectarian from planet Narcissus. Ben was abducted by these aliens after they heard of his fight against Davos, and fearing an invasion they asked him and his team to train them in combat. Ben obtained their DNA and helped the Refrectarians in defeating the invading army.
Lightmare can absorb and deflect any type of light and use it to create illusions or powerful energy blasts, the latter needs a long charging time however.

5) Tasmaniac: A transformation derived from the DNA of a Ork Morgax from the desertic planet of Jugo. The Ork Morgax have the ability to spin their limbs at incredible speed, generating powerful wind currents that help them traverse the desert. Ben encountered one of them that was captured by King Disco for his coliseum. Gaining the prisoner DNA, him and Ben used their air currents to escape, unfortunately only Ben got out of there alive.

I knew my original Omnitrix arsenal needed a speedster, but I wanted to create something more original than a guy that run really fast, useless to say the main inspiration is WB’s Tasmania Devil.

6) Buzz-dozer: Generated from the DNA of the Usurpatros from planet Lacedemoniá, Buzz-dozer has super strength and almost unlimited stamina, but what makes him truly a force to be reckoned with are his buzz-saw like appendages that cut through almost anything. His thick hide is also quite strong, but it’s not as powerful as Shipwrecker’s. The Usurpatros were the ones that attacked the Refrectarians, and after this defeat, the general responsible for the attack, general Strok, wanted revenge on Ben for this humiliation, and challenged him to a duel.
Ben, fighting Strok as Glow Up, was able to defeat his adversary, but when he asked Ben to kill him, he refused, originally seeing this as a further humiliation, Strok ordered his troops to attack, but later, after a brief encounter with Gwen, Strok realized that fighting and pillaging wasn’t always right when innocent lives where at risk, and so the Usurpatros became a force of good and freed the population that they had enslaved, after a huge civil war of course. Before Strok departed he gifted Ben with his DNA, granting him the ability to transform into one of them.
