I think the Halloween mode is still affecting me.

I’ve always had a bit of a dilemma where to put pictures like this. Despite it’s initial appearance, this really is a 3D render. The only postwork is resizing the image from its original 1440x1920 render size. The technique is known as cel-rendering. I have been using the MegaPov extension to the povray render engine to render these scenes.

As for the scene itself, the character is Roxane (rhymes with rocks-pain) and shows up from time-to-time in my renders. She is normally light-hearted and playful, except when she is at work. In this scene she has donned her combat armor and is off to reap souls for the evening. Stay good boys and girls!
