Hmmm.... This one came about because I spent the weekend cleaning my house and also indicated my pieces were getting more fleshy.
This piece was also to try cel style shading on texture maps. I think it creates an interesting effect. I was also checking to see if the new morphs for the Takumy hair I am working are usable or not. I'm still bummed about destroying the previous ones by accident.

Fantastic twin looking maids. The 'apron only' uniform look is often a lot of fun. Like the twins wearing reverse color aprons; like how one of them wears glasses with super long hair. The other one has insanely long hair!

Impressive results for 3D (meaning the shading) Did you render in poser? Or was it a different 3D program?
I have been trying to get a good cartoon-ish look with 3D for a very long time, I want to rip my hair out! lol

Need photoshop or GIMP for this one though. The results are not quite as nice, but it is a lot easier than using Povray/Megapov.

Yes, it is 3D. It is accomplished through some special techniques. If you are curious, I have been kicked out of the 3D areas before until the whole thing was cleared up.

Looks good. The textures and cell shading combines fine. It feels the picture is a bit overexposed, if comparing the tone of the skin on the heads with that one the legs. But this might be the effect you want, white being the dominant color here after all.

This is a 3D Cel Render. The figures are the same, they have just had their poses reflected. (Well mostly, the hand positions are slightly different.)

Its not a happy ending because the people that did the series are stupid and wont do season 2.

Cool toon style, I tried something like this in my gallery last year and I think I am far from done with experiementing new ways to toon render. On the other hand I think I trashed about 3 attempts using Poser 7 last week. The renderer is *so* lousy it can be very frustrating. I tried again with InterPoser + C4D v10 but loading the figure crashes it, and even trying to pose the figure ends up with a crash. I then tried exporting for rendering to 3DSMAX but all of the shader nodes get destroyed. I tried rendering in Vue but again the transparencies and shader nodes get all messed up. I am telling you, it's very frustrating...
