Description You peer through the window, watching as two men in suits shake hands.  You wonder what on earth you're witnessing.  You really didn't mean to watch, but it looked spooky and your love of action movies made you curious.  You hadn't thought it was anything important, until you saw the men had guns.  They just look....shady.  You had been taking out the trash and it was dark out.  The dumpster was right next to your apartment and your neighborhood was pretty safe, so you brought your pepper spray and thought you'd be all right.  But, as you threw the trash in the bin, some fell out. You reached to pick it up, when you saw a light through the basement window.  Hence, the weird men.
All of a sudden you feel strong arms wrap around you from behind.  You try to scream, but they cover your mouth with their hand.  You see a flash of red.  You stomp on the man's foot and he yelps, allowing you to pull away.  You whip out your pepper spray and turn to face your attacker.  You almost drop it in surprise.  He's wearing a red and black skin tight suit, accentuating every single muscle in his body.  And he has a lot.  His mask covers his entire face and his belt holds guns.  Straps run across his chest, which you can see hold swords against his back.  He puts his hands up.
"Hey, sugar, I'm not going to hurt you."  His voice is deep.  "Are we?"  You think you hear him mumble.
You narrow your eyes at him.  "Who ARE you?"
He doubles takes and you see his mouth gape open from behind his mask. "You don't know me?"
You shake your head.  "Should I?"
"Well....yeah.  I'm Deadpool.  Ya' know, Merc with a Mouth."  You think he grins, but it's hard to tell.  "Hear that? She's never heard of us!"  You hear him mumble to himself again.
"What?"  You are pretty sure this guy is nuts.  And he has guns.  You panic, flipping the pepper spray.  You don't know if it will work, since he has a mask, but it's the only weapon you have.
"Well, you know me now!"  He steps forward and you press the pepper spray, taking no chances.  It sprays onto his face and he stops.
"Excuse me?!"  He yells.  "What was that for?"  He waves his hand in front of his face.  "I may have a mask on, but I can smell it!"
Your eyes widen.  You step backwards, trying to hurry away, but you aren't looking and you trip.  Before you hit the ground though, Deadpool reaches out and grabs your flailing arm.  He pulls you up and the momentum swings you to his chest.  You pause, panting.
Deadpool lets go of your arm, but rests his hands on your forearms.  He's so tall, you're staring at his chest.  As you calm down, you realize how close you are.  You look up and his head is turned toward you, inches from your own.
"That was close," He says.  Something about his tone of voice sends tingles down your spine.  Normally, you were never attracted to seemingly crazy men, but this Deadpool seems to be an exception.  His voice makes butterflies flap in your stomach.
You step back, unnerved.  You doubt you could run away from this guy if he wanted to hurt you and he did keep you from falling, so you decide to find out what he is doing here, outside of your apartment.  Maybe he knows about the men in suits.
"So, uh, Deadpool," You start.  "What are you doing here?"
"Same as you,"  He replies.  He seems distracted as he unholsters his gun and starts to check it.
"Taking out trash?"  You ask skeptically.
He clicks his gun.  You wince.  "In a manner of speaking.  But weren't you looking at the men in fancy clothes?  Personally, I think my costume is much better, but I have always wanted to try one  of those expensive suits-"
You zone out as he rattles on and you just wait for him to finish.  You shake your head at the idea of him in a sexy suit.  Geez.  He could be old or ugly under that mask.
"Hello?"  You hear.
You snap your eyes up to Deadpool's face.  Without realizing it, you had been staring at his bicep as he worked with his gun.
"What?"  You say quickly, your face turning red.
Deadpool leans forward, peering at your face.  "Are you blushing?!"
"N-no!"  You sputter.
"Yes, you are!  Wait.  Were you staring at me?"
"NO!"
"You so were!"  His mask creases as he grins.
You look at the ground.  "Whatever.  What's with the guys in suits?"
Your question distracts Deadpool like you hope it will.
"Ah, them.  They are making a deal, you know, drugs and all that bad stuff.  Soooo, I'm here to put a stop to it!  I'm going to be a hero yet."
"You aren't already?"
"Well, it's a work in progress.  Step one is already accomplished though!  Save a beautiful maiden."  He goes into a sweeping bow.
"You did NOT save me!"  You can't believe this guy.
He stands straight and taps his chin with his finger.  "Hmmmm, I wonder what would have happened if I let your head hit the pavement?"
"Well-"  You stop as Deadpool points his gun at you.  You watch almost in slow motion as he pulls the trigger.  You squeeze your eyes shut, but nothing happens.
"Or, if I hadn't just shot the guy who was about to put a bullet in your head?"  You hear Deadpool say gravely.
You whip around and see a guy in a suit, spread across the ground, blood seeping through his white dress shirt.  You feel the blood drain from your face as you see the gun still gripped in his hand.  You think you're in shock.  "Thank you,"  You manage.
"Sure, doll,"  Deadpool says.  You break out of your shock as you see Deadpool start to walk away.
"Wait!"  You call.  "Where are you going?"
Deadpool pauses, turning his head toward you.  "To stop the bad guys, beautiful."  The butterflies fight in your stomach.
"Can I come?"  You say.  You know it's totally stupid, but you can't bear the thought of not seeing this strange man again.
He turns around, surprised.  "It's dangerous."
You shrug.
He grins and holds out his hand.  "Sure."
You grin too, reaching forward to grip his red gloved hand.  You squeak as he tugs you along, heading to stop the bad guys.

Part two: Wade Wilson

As Deadpool tugs you along in the dark, you start to wonder if this is such a good idea after all.  What if he is a crazy murderer?  He did save you and he said he wants to be a hero....but you never do know.  You've always been one to trust your gut though, and for some strange reason it says you can trust this man.  So, you continue to let him pull you along, and before long you grow less apprehensive and more excited.
"Where are we going?"  you ask eagerly.
"I told you,"  Deadpool whispers back.  "To stop the bad guys."
"Oh,"  you say loudly.
"Shhhhhh,"  Deadpool places his finger to his lips and you cringe in apology.
"Sorry,"  you whisper.
"Should we have taken her?"  you hear Deadpool say above barely a whisper.  You strain your ears to hear.  "I know I'm loud too, but that's my choice......shut up, I like her."
You furrow your brow in confusion.  Is he talking on an intercom?
"Who do you keep talking to you?  Is it your boss?  Is he giving you orders?"  it is all so exciting.  Just like the spy movies.
"Myself,"  Deadpool responds nonchalantly.
You immediately stop walking and Deadpool pulls you a couple of feet before he realizes and stops too.
"What?  Don't stop now.  We have to go,"  Deadpool says, turning to face you.
You can't stop yourself from staring at him in horror.  Who IS this man?!
Earlier in the lamplights near your apartment you could make out some of Deadpool's expressions underneath his mask.  But now in the dark he's one black and red blur, rendering him much more intimidating.
"You....you talk....to yourself?"  you ask, panicking.
Deadpool cocks his head.  "Doesn't everybody?"
"Not like that...."  you mumble.
Deadpool steps closer to you and you step back again and, thankfully, this time you don't trip.  Deadpool stops, clearly sensing your anxiety now.
"What's wrong?"  he asks.  When you don't answer, he says, "Look, beautiful, I'm going to stop the bad guys whether you come or not.  I understand if you don't.  I tend to get this reaction a lot...."  He shrugs and when you continue to remain silent, he turns around and starts walking away.
All of a sudden you are spurred into action and jog forward, reaching for Deadpool's hand and taking it into your own.  He jumps slightly, startled.
"What.....?"  he asks uncertainly.
"I like you too,"  you grin, surprising yourself.  He laughs and your whole body tingles from the sound.  He stops again and tugs you close, leaving you slightly breathless from the proximity.  He lifts his gloved hand to tilt your head back, and just when you think he might lift his mask and kiss you, he pulls back, tugging you forward once again.  You're a little disorientated from the sudden change in his demeanor and more than disappointed.
You remind yourself firmly that it's for the best.  You don't really know this man yet.  Still, you can't stop yourself from looking at him longingly as he holds your hand, leading you through the night.

Deadpool leads you to an abandoned warehouse.  Or it looks abandoned anyway.  Deadpool insists it's not.
"There's highly questionable activity going on in there,"  he explains.  You are both hiding behind an old truck in the parking lot, nearly sitting on the ground, which you try not to think about, since it's wet and soaking your jeans.  "Once we enter, there's bound to be fighting and gun fire.  You have stay out of sight as much as possible."
"Um,"  you swallow nervously.  "Okay."
"Are you ready?"  Deadpool asks, starting to stand up.
You nod tightly.  "Yeah."
Deadpool reaches down and helps you up.  "You'll be great, beautiful."
You hardly have time to enjoy his assurance before he is pulling you out from behind the truck and jogging with you to the warehouse.
There's no one outside, so you start to wonder if Deadpool got the wrong place.  As you stop at the entrance, you whisper to Deadpool, "What do the men from earlier have to do with this?  Shouldn't we have gone after them?"
Deadpool shakes his head.  "They were a decoy.  Carrying out a fake deal.  They underestimated how good I am though....Stay here."
"What?!"  You ask, but Deadpool has already moved out of the shadows and stands in front of the doorway.  You stare in shock as he knocks on the door.
"Hello?! Anyone hoooome?"  He sings out.  You gasp.  What is he thinking?!  But no one answers the door.  "Okay then!! I'm coming iiiiin!!!"
Deadpool steps back and kicks the door in.  "Deadpool!"  You cry out.  Did he want to be killed?!
He either doesn't hear you, or ignores you though, as he draws his gun and runs into the building.  You're not sure what to do for a second.  You don't hear anything from inside.  You creep up slowly toward the door and peer in.  You hear a click near your head and freeze.
"Don't.  Move,"  comes an angry voice from behind you.  He wraps an arm around your shoulders and pulls you against him, pushing the gun to the side of your head.  He moves you forward into the warehouse.  Now you can hear all sorts of noises:  grunts, gun shots, metal against metal.
A man comes flying from behind a crate and Deadpool follows suit.  He's about to shoot the man, when the one holding you yells out.
"Stop!  Or I'll shoot!"
Deadpool looks over and stops.  "Let her go."  He sounds furious, much unlike his light hearted earlier self.
"Drop the gun,"  the man commands.  You see Deadpool wrestle for a moment and then he drops the gun on the ground.  The man Deadpool kicked onto the floor scrambles up and grabs the gun, pointing it at Deadpool.
"So,"  the man holding you laughs, "this is the infamous Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool.   Disappointment really.  Do you know who he really is sweetheart?"  he asks you, breathing into your ear.  You want to gag in fear, but at the same time, your heart soars at hearing Deadpool's real name.
"No,"  You choke out.
"Hmmm....not very smart.  You probably think a gorgeous man is under that mask,"  he chuckles.  "Not so.  I've heard rumors.  You're hideous, aren't you, Deadpool?"  He calls out to Deadpool.
"Not nearly as ugly as you,"  Deadpool replies.
The man jerks you angrily.  "We'll see now, won't we?  Take the mask off, or I shoot her."
Deadpool remains silent for once, rigid in anger.
"I swear, Wilson,"  the man grits out.
You watch as Deadpool appears to look at you.  You nod, encouragingly.  It couldn't be that bad.  Besides, your lives are on the line.  Deadpool lowers his head and lifts his hands to his mask.  He peels it off slowly, but keeps his face hidden behind his hands.
"Show your face, Wilson,"  The man calls.  Deadpool lowers his hands and looks up.  You gasp.  His face is scarred behind comprehension.  But even despite the scars, you can see he was once a handsome man.  His eyes are still a beautiful chocolate brown.  "HA!!"  The man laughs.  "You are a sight.  See, honey?  This is the real Deadpool.  Nothing but an ugly face."
You haven't taken your eyes off Wade.  He won't look at you.  Why won't he look at you?  You suddenly realize he is ashamed of his face.  "No....Wade,"  you cry.  You feel a tear drip down your cheek.  You hurt so much for him.
Deadpool looks straight at the man holding you and you feel terrified even though his gaze isn't aimed at you.
"You shouldn't have made me do that.  Better take a good look.  It'll be the last thing you see before I kill you,"  Deadpool grins.
The man stumbles back in horror, holding onto you tighter.  "I will shoot her!"  He's trembling though and you feel the gun waver against your head.
"You'll try,"  Deadpool says.  In less than a blink, he has pulled out his sword and cut the hand off the guy aiming the gun at him.  The man screams in agony, dropping to the floor.  The man holding you yells and drops you like a brick.  Deadpool grabs his gun from the detached hand on the floor and aims it at your attacker.  But the man fires at Deadpool, hitting him in the shoulder.
You scream, but Deadpool pulls the trigger and shoots.  The man falls to the ground behind you.  You scramble up from the ground and run toward Deadpool, who has fallen to his knees.
"Wade!"  you cry out, holding his shoulders so he doesn't fall.  He pushes you back.
"Don't look at me,"  he says gruffly.
"Let me help,"  you plead.
But Deadpool shakes his head.  "I'll be fine.  I heal."  He backs away from you.
"You...heal?"  you whisper.  You stare at his shoulder and sure enough, the wound is gone.  "My goodness.....what happened to you, Wade?"
But he doesn't answer.  You snap out of your shock and reach for him again.  "Wade."  When he refuses to look at you, you encase his face in your hands and turn it towards you.  "Wade.  Look at me."
Wade looks up at you, finally meeting your eyes with his own.  Your face softens as you look into his brown eyes.
"Wade,"  you say, "I don't know what happened to you.  But you saved my life.  Thank you."  Then you pull him forward and kiss him.  You feel Wade go stiff for a second, but then he kisses you back, more deeply than you've ever been kissed in your life.  When he pulls away, you're breathless.
"Oh my,"  you gasp.  He looks at you, smiling, but then seems to remember what he looks like.  He turns from you sharply, reaching for his mask and placing it over his head.  You stop him before he can pull it over his jaw though.  "Kiss me again?"  you ask softly.
"Why, beautiful?  Why would you want to kiss me?"  he asks desperately.
"Because,"  you state simply, "you're beautiful too."
Deadpool only pauses for a moment before his lips crash against yours.  He lowers you to the floor, encasing your head in his hand and caressing your hair with the other.  You moan into the kiss, clinging to him tightly.  You're not sure how long you spend on the floor kissing, but when Deadpool pulls back to stand up, he lifts you with him and pulls you tightly to his chest once more.  The affect on you is even stronger than the last time.  Deadpool lowers his mask and you see it crease as he smiles.
"Where to next, Wade Wilson?"  you ask, wrapping your arms around his neck.  It's slightly a challenge since he's so tall, but it only draws you closer to him and you manage just fine.
"To stop more bad guys, beautiful."
"Why?  You're already a hero,"  you reply, grinning.
Deadpool lifts you up and swings you around.  You laugh as he places you back on your feet.  "Not yet,"  he answers.
"Save a maiden, three times actually.... stop bad guys....what could be the next step?"  You ask curiously.
Deadpool grins.  "Letting the world know."

D'awwwww! This took my breath away many times in the time span of twenty minutes. It was beautifully written and really well-thought out. I would like to inform you, though, that Wade's eyes are brown

You kept him in character the entire time and I love that because some people seem to have a hard time doing that and end up making him meaner or just straight up silly 24/7.

Oh I'm so sorry I wanted to let you know, I looked up wades eye color again, bc I hate when writers get the eye color wrong, and you're right of course. Wade has brown eyes. So thank you for pointing that out and I will fix it immediately!<3

Well, I based his character off the comics, where I'be seen him with blue eyes. I don't know if they change it or not. I know the actor had brown. But thank you! I really try hard to stay true to the character. I'm glad you think I did that! Thanks for the fav and comment<3

In the more recent storyline series "Deadpool: The Gauntlet" they show his mask-less face with brown eyes. Which series did you read? I don't think I've seen him with blue eyes, but then again I may be forgetting whether or not I've read one where he does.

Well, to be honest, when I looked it up for the story I googled him. I know a lot of the time his eyes are just white. But I think I found a picture of him with blue eyes, so I went with that:/ but when I recently Googled his bio, it said he has brown
