I see it as an under-rated/needs a remake kind of movie. Granted the tech they had at the time wasn't too good. So they did what they could. But if put in the right hands, I think the movie could be turned into a really good flick.Β

I think it's a pretty smart monster movie, and quite graphic at times, for its age. I wouldn't mind a remake, for as original as the crab monsters are, they're realized in a very clunky (but inevitable) way.
