I was wondering: is there a way to make the "lighter drops on darker ground" using watercolors from tubes? Because I've been trying but it hasn't been working well for me.

Loonaki In reply to piercingemeralds2 [2012-09-08 18:58:11 +0000 UTC]

I only found it to be working that well with my Ecolines. And on my usual paper. If I use other paper, effects can already look different. Watercolor is a lot of trial and error, so you can only try out and find what effects work well with your colors and paper. :]

I purchased some liquid watercolors and I was wondering does the stain technique work for all brands and or kinds? Because I can't get mine to do it :c

Loonaki In reply to soullesslupe [2012-07-27 15:47:27 +0000 UTC]

I have no idea, sorry! Because I only ever used one specific brand, and I don't know how other brands work.

sehr tolles tutorial ^^

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Loonaki In reply to Shiina-san [2012-07-13 14:40:46 +0000 UTC]
