Picture is a pencil sketch painted up entirely in photoshop ... you'll have to pick up the book to see the step by step process I guess
As for things that are fuzzy - there is a koala, a sheep and some cats fur in there somewhere, but nothing REALLY fuzzy I guess. I'm working on painting a hamster at the moment, so maybe I'll try and make him extra fuzzy for you
