Past/Bio: Not much is known of Phantom's childhood. She keeps herself to herself and acts only to help herself. She is a thief, but will only steal necessities - money, food, clothing, etc. She is not truly evil and does not associate with other villains, but is still essentially an enemy to the Titans.

Personality: Intelligent, self-serving, quick-witted, bold.

Powers: Illusion Manipulation. Phantom can create illusions, but only visual ones. Her illusions do not make sound, do not have a scent, and cannot be touched. She can use her powers to alter her appearance. As such, she often adopts different looks to keep the Titans off her trail.
