A very original work, with much technic difficulties

I like it. Smooth lines, with the lights and all. Being able to see the wires, and the shapes... it's got a sci-fi look about it, like something out of an RPG or movie.
I'm not normally one to browse the sculpture section of deviant art cause most of it irritates me with it's n00bish-ness, but this one is definately worth seeing.

The upward sweep intersected by those two lovely voumes is well-balanced and graceful. I kind of wish I couldn't see all the wiring at the bottom, though. It is distracting from the smoothness of the rest of the piece, unless it is meant to be viewed from only one side, or a division (that I can't see from the pics) is present. THe brushed over impression of technological achievements versus the hard crude mechanics of it? I can see that. I can also see a nicely composed vertical sculpture, despite my one little complaint.

The Pic of the wires is meant to show the back side. Hiding all those wire would have taken a lot more time and tools that I don’t have (milling machine). Instead I found wire that matched the piece and made it part of the sculpture.
