Its means " Your welcome, as long you have a modest and stable life in there to live." Just be happy in our motherland and live simple and humble, you will have a great time in there.

P.S- Cuyahoga river is really flammable?

Ah , I see! I agree with what you have to say. About the Cuyahoga River it used to be flammable. It caught on fire 12 times. The last fire was in 1969, and then Ohio decided to clean the river up. The river is still really dirty though. The city of Cleveland has never been able to live down the river fires. It was a constant source of jokes for a long time.
