Description I think I've said it before, but I have to say it again. This is one of the most curious, personal, and photogenic types of spiders I've ever come across.

The moment this guy saw me he was interested in my camera and spent at least 5 minutes while I let my shutter fly trying to make his way to me, and/or my camera....staring at me.....in between every move.

He started with making sure to get to the highest leaf in the bush and jumping on to my camera-- but no good. *Then* me being downwind he started to spin webs at me! Next thing I know he's on a steamline flyweb on to my leg. I'm not happy with this... so I grab one end of the stream and set him back into the bushes. The determined little bugger! This wasn't the end!! He makes his way back to the top leaf nearest me and this time actually made the jump! Confused looking through my viewfinder wondering where the hell he went I decide to check my camera.

Sure enough there he is "prancing" around like a spider with a brain of a few neurons would.. no longer staring at me... perfectly content... exploring my camera.
