Description OR IS IT .. sorry for any scares

Kenny was currently stabled at Red Star Stables in Australia. He was bred to one of their mares, had a week off to recover and was returned back to work, he would be prepped for the next Australian races and then returned back home to Nevada. However the last few days Kenny had been agitated, he had heat return ever so slightly to his front shins, it wasn't enough for anyone to notice, but it make Kenny extremely uncomfortable, however he put up with it. For a couple of weeks Kenny was worked at only a trot and canter on the RSS track. Alex decided it was time to start him on a weekly gallop routine, so the following week, Kenny was worked normally 3 days before his gallop.

The day of his gallop Kenny was laid in his stall, not wanting to get up but wasn't in any visible pain, so Alex coaxed him up and got him saddled. The whole way out to the track, Kenny was agitated again, this time Alex could feel his mind set change, she thought it was just because he was excitement for his gallop. The pair trotted around the track fine, they walked back up to the barriers to jump out, not that Kenny needed to be jumped out, but it was always a good reminder since he had been off for a few months. The pair walked into the barrier confidently, and Kenny stood fine, waiting for them to burst open. All of a sudden his shins started tingling, and enough to make him uncomfortable, taking his mind away from jumping. The gates flew open, and pretty much startled Kenny, he basically just flopped out of the gates, his back legs reaching too far under, which then caused him to tumbled down onto his front and skid across the grass, chewing the grass away from under him, cutting his skin as he tore it from the earth. Alex wasn't ready for any of this, she was nearly immediately thrown, thankfully she didn't injure herself, she walked away with a few pulled muscles and a sore back. As Kenny got to his feet again he stumbled to stand still, flaring his nostrils as he tried to gather what happened, he stood still long enough for someone to grab him and walk him back to his stall. He pretty much limped back, his legs and face bleeding from small cuts caused by the ground. A vet was rung immediately.

The vet examined him and gave the all clear, just suggested he take a break before being put back into work again.
