This is a very beautiful fractal. It is, at once, both organic (with the swirling roundedness) and architectural (the lines remind me strongly of support beams). I also like how you did the coloring, with most of it being that cool, desaturated blue grey, but the irregular bursts of very intense color keeping the fractal from being monochrome. It's easy to imagine the biggest, whitest spiral being the "snow queen", with the smaller ones being less snowy and less queenlike.

My only nitpick is the composition. There's a lot of (relatively) negative space concentrated on the left side of the image. Now, some is necessary, of course, to balance the composition and keep the image from seeming crowded. But I think you could stand to crop some of the left side off, making this a more vertical frame and not detracting from the main shapes.
