Deny, conceal, hide, run for the hills, never come back. My best friend promised we will die holding hands. It's a part of me that will fade away, eventually, but I can't lie... it's still there and comes out when extreme emotions occur.
Made this artwork yesterday... I was supposed to go to sleep but I stayed up late anyway to make sure I'd make an artwork in that mindstate. I'm still nowhere near recovered. In fact, when you give me enough time to think/process things, for a while it all gets even more convoluted with reasons, pseudo-reasons, rationalizations and whatnot. How do I recover from having feelings for someone. How do I tone down the raw, primal, almost physically painful want to possess them. You are mine, for the time being anyway. How do I let myself be yours, though. What do I do with the artworks I made, when all of this is over.
The artwork does not lie, it shows underlying, undeniable bursts of complex enjoyment. Very much at odds with whatever is going on in my mind right now. I can't find the exit. Can't escape my feelings. Don't let me run away. Don't let me go. Hold me, especially when I'm struggling.
