Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Darkwing Duck, Morgana McCawber, and the Rescue Rangers (Chip, Dale, Zipper, Gadget Hackwrench, Monterey Jack, and Foxglove) were all invited to a vacation cruise, unaware that it was really a trap as part of a plan to kill them all by their respective enemies the Phantom Blot, Negaduck, and Fat Cat.

After Mr. Dumpty and Jock Newbody failed to kill our heroes, the Phantom Blot had his minion Jarvis steal their clothes while they were in the sauna as a ploy to make their final defeat all the more humiliating.

Fortunately, Darkwing Duck was able to use the cartoon magic of hammerspace to get dressed in a spare costume and provide his wife Morgana with a new dress. Much to Mickey, Minnie, and the Rescue Rangers' misfortune, however, D.W. can't give them new clothes as well because the Plot Police won't allow it.

Chip sends Foxglove off to fly around and find out who's been trying to kill them, and she witnesses the Phantom Blot, Fat Cat, and Negaduck all singing a Villain Song, which is sung to the tune of Skinner's Evil Plan from The Simpsons episode The President Wore Pearls.

Foxglove is horrified of what the villains are up to. Let's hope she can get out of there and warn her friends before she gets caught!
