As always, many thanks to for doing the cutout ^^
Yet another piece for the Pokemon project, heh, I gotta restore my love for Pokemon somehow, seeing as Pokemon SS does nothing but try to destroy it completely...
So here's Floatzel, one of my all-time Water favourites, it's such a cute and awesome weasel ^^
Wasn't sure whether to draw it using Surf or Aqua Tail, the latter would be safer as I could easily do it, while the latter was a challenging concept (which I envisioned way different at first)
