This is Pantera, one of my Guilty Gear OCs.

Story:
Elizabeth Black comes from a wealthy and influential family, with the Black family company taking part in all kinds of affairs, from technological research and development (including military) and charity work, to some rather shady stuff (like funding the infamous Assassin Guild). Yet as we all know, such blissful life full of luxury can't last forever, now can it.
Hence one by one, most of the Black family members and top brass of their company was targeted by various organizations, PWAB included. Ending in rigging their whole mansion with explosives in an attempt to wipe 'em all out. That attack killed almost everyone, leaving poor Betty as the sole surviving member of her family, yet still left her crippled, with all 4 limbs torn away.

At first she was devastated, lacked the will to go on, yet lacking the means to kill herself as well (and of course, she's being looked over by her servants to assure she wouldn't try anything...), yet very soon that grief turned into a raging desire of vengeance, vengeance carefully planned, and in her condition, she had more than enough time to think and plan.
First thing's first, as the new head of the company, she got her R&D team to design some high-tech prosthetics for her, and of course, this wasn't anything surprising for the general public. What the public didn't know however, is that a set of artificial limbs to help her live a normal everyday life wasn't the only thing she ordered her staff to design.
The more militaristic part of her R&D team was overjoyed to hear she wanted a set of battle ready limbs as well, and with some neat, equally deadly accessories to go along with it.

After getting an edge, so to speak, and training to use her new limbs and weaponry properly, she proceeded with the next part of her plan. After some digging, she learned about her family's connection to the infamous Assassins Guild, and since her family was funding that organization, it wasn't hard to get to their leader, and after making a certain agreement, join the ranks of that very Guild. At first all that was to track down the ones targeting her family and executing her revenge on them, and partially because she loved the excitement. And that's how the Guild member known as "Pantera" came to be, and Elizabeth's double life began, on one side, the elegant and graceful Elizabeth Black, heir of the Black family's fortune, head of the Black family company, and a role model for all disabled people struggling with their everyday life, and on the other, the wild and sassy assassin, Pantera.

Weapons & Powers:
Who needs powers when you have TECHNOLOGY! Hehe, though on a more serious note, she fights mainly by using her artificial limps and all the technology stored in 'em and her special suit. She mainly has 3 sets, the one seen here, which is her battle gear called "Sekhmet", a casual one, where the weaponry is at a bare minimum called "Sphinx", which she "wears" during her everyday life as Elizabeth, and a special, heavily-armed one called "Bastet" (might draw this one later). And although she does have a collection of other sets, these 3 are what she uses most, especially this one here.

Of course, the claws on her hands and feet are deadly as is, plus, she has numerous various stabilizers which makes her movement fluid, graceful and very cat-like despite the weight of her metal libs (yeah, that's basically why her weight is classified XD), however, their weight gives her attacks all the more power. She also has special, incredibly thin, yet incredibly sharp and durable garotes which she calls the "Cat's Cradle" which she has concealed in her fingertips. Also, the circular shapes on her forearms contain various explosives, which is Pantera's favourite way of disposing her targets, mostly because it was an explosion that killed her family and left her crippled, she just wants to give her enemies a taste of her own pain.
Also, despite what you guys might think, nothing here is only for decoration. Her ears and tiara-like device for example (not to mention the wires on her face, which aren't edged to the skin, but merely stick to the surface), the "ears" are actually special radio radio transmitters, ones emitting a special frequency to communicate with other unit members without being found out (as it's almost impossible to trace it) as well as hacking other frequencies to salvage data, also, they works along with the tiara-like thingie, and the wires on her face. While all basic motor functions of her arms and legs are controlled by the nervous system, just like moving normal limbs, all the additional options however, like using weapons or even opening hatched with weapons or other items, those are done by controlling it with her mind, through use of that tiara-like gizmo and her "ears".
Also, the circular shape on her chest hold the special battery powering the whole suit and automail, and the white lines on her suit (as well as some on her limbs) are actually special nanotech "cords" for nanomachine distribution and power supply (and these can glow in the dark and flash in all colors... which she ordered herself to make herself look more flashy while fighting), and while the batteries last for days/weeks depending on how much she's fighting, she always keeps a few spare ones on her (in the circular containers on her thighs) just in case.
And last but not least, she also has a pair of nanotech lens which show her all sorts of data right before her eyes, plus, they can turn any color she fancies at the moment (her favourite ones are yellow and green).

Also, her suit is made of special nanotech, bulletproof material, which also gives her a padded effect, making her breasts look bigger than they actually are

TRIVIA:
-the name "Pantera" is taken from the band by the same name, it also means "panther" in various languages
-the name "Elizabeth Black" is also a reference, this time to the song "Black Betty" by Ram Jam
-in the Assassins Guild, she's part of the "Daughters of the Queen unit along with Kat Blackhordes, Ravenhair and Lyriel (the last two are yet to be uploaded though), the name of the unit is a reference as well, to a song title by Pantera (the band that is)
-if you wonder, yes, her collection of various sets of artificial limbs was inspired by Tony Stark and his IronMan armor collection |D
-she might appear very flirtatious and craving attention, this is because she has a huge complex over her body and artificial limbs, and it's a huge morale booster for her when she's told she looks attractive despite those
-and despite her normally pretty flat chest, she has no complex over that
-also, due to her cat-theme, she enjoys doing stereotypical cat-stuff, like chasing the red dot or playing with yarn, and does so not because she craves so, but because she finds acting like that to be fun |D
-the one thing she fears the most however, is any possibility of her going back to her crippled, immobile state, so any bigger damage in her limbs or a bigger loss of power, mortifies her, and any instance of her loosing power completely or the limbs shutting down due to a major malfunction makes her go into an uncontrolled panic, and it's not really easy getting her out of it once she snaps...
-despite her cheeky and carefree, she's actually a very sensitive and tender person, and she cares deeply for those around her, be it her servants or fellow Guild members (especially the other unit members), she also has a thing for those hurt in life (like Kat or Lyriel), especially children (she's a very older sister type person)
-and while she would love to be a mother herself, she just loves the excitement of her life too much to settle down
-if anyone's interested, she's bi-sexual
