Raiden from the Metal Gear series forDrawn as a little belated birthday present for ~Krzeslo-H , whew, had quite a ride with this one... damn you overly detailed character designs |3
Though at least I was able to get some really good reference arts for this, especially the ones from ~deronar - browse.deviantart.com/art/Meta… , thanks to which the whole work went a lot more smoother that it would without 'em ^^ but even so, drawing Mr. Lightning Bolt wasn't exactly an easy task |3
Though I must say, I am very happy with the result, and it's not that often I get THIS happy about the outcome of my work >3
Heh, I'm yet to play the full game, but I have played parts of it, so I had a pretty good idea how Raiden should look, heh, it took me a while to find a good pose, and after a few attempts decided to use some pose reference, hehe, and kudos to you if you can notice who's pose is this >3
Anyways, hope you all enjoy (and leave some feedback), and that ~Krzeslo-H likes her present >3

Armstrong isn't important at first in MGR, but when he has his moment you'll probably feel as if you've been slapped in the face. Thats all I'll say because I don't wanna reveal too much

Well, it's not exactly rare in the MG series that certain characters get bigger roles and have more impact later than during their debut... hell, just look at Raiden... would you ever expect him to go this far in MGS4 and MGR after seeing his debut in MGS2

Still its impressive at how detailed it is, just one little nitpick Raiden's visor appears over his bandage when in use, but other than that good job mate

I know his right eye isn't too big here, but it's still visible, heh, I can see the shape of his upper face look kinda like the visor, but that might be partially because of his hairstyle (the sideburns especially).

Me gusta do granic absurdu xD Raiden i jego metalowa broda grozy jak żywi. xD Świetnie wyszło z tymi jego poszczególnymi fragmentu jego cyborgowej muskulatury. A poza... damn, no przywołuje na myśli jakieś postacie, ale do kogo piejesz konkretnie ręki sobie uciąć nie dam.

Heh, i nie powiem, nie było łatwo te wszystkie szczegóły ogarnąć, ale dałem z siebie wszystko by to wszystko uchwycić, no, a skoro jeden z największych fanów MGR chwali tak mojego arta, to znaczy, że chyba całkiem nieźle mi to wyszło >3
