Weapon Obtained - Crescent Moonerang
Throws a boomerang forward, which travels a certain distance before returning the other way. The longer you press the button before throwing, the further it will travel.
Weakness - Neon Laser

As you can probably tell, HowlMan here is my favourite among my Robot Master OCs. As a wolf lover, making a wolf-themed RM was a must, and he was the one I worked on the longest, since I pretty much went through all possible powers for him (was pretty fond of the wind one, but StormMan and MaidWoman already used wind, so...).
He ended up being the boomerang-themed RM, who throws his Crescent Moonerang, which then flies back and forth, while he dashes diagnally from wall to wall, before slamming down on the floor. Basic pattern, but can be tricky to avoid due to his speed and the boomerang. Though make an obstructive platform in his path as he dashes and it might hurt him more than you'd think.
