Shinx from the Pokemon series.
Drawn for the Pokemon Gen. IV Tribute at Game-Art-HQ
As usual, I want to thank for doing the cutout.
So, were at Gen. IV already, and my first choice was one I planned for some time >3
The Luxray line is one of my all-time favourites, with Luxray itself being my top fav Electric type, but there is one thing I always found hilarious, WHY DOES SHINX HAVE INTIMIDATE AS AN ABILITY!?!?
While it does fit Luxio and Luxray, the fact the always-smiling-super-sweet-&-cuddly-plushie-looking-little-fluffball Shinx has it is just ludicrous XD and the fact that essentially each and every pokemon in the game can have their attack stat lowered through intimidation by this lil' cutie is a whole new level of crazy XD
So yeah, wanted to picture that as my first Gen. IV entry, but try as I might, everyone I showed this too thought he was "cute", no sign of intimidation XD

It evolves into Luxio at lv.15 and into Luxray at lv.30, so pretty fast for pokemon standards (the exact same as another Electric type, Mareep), so it'll be big and strong very soon >:3

Alright! Just think of faves as rare candy! Make a like goal on this very deviation and then have it evolve! Maybe that'll do the trick!

Haha, well, for some reason this pic got on the frontpage (in the "Undiscovered" section) and has gathered 85 favs already XD so it would not only evolve by now, but would be ready to tackle the whole league solo XD
Plus, I did choose Luxray as another entry, so will be doing that one too ;3
