One small critique, or suggestion, is to add some scuffs or cracks, water stains from rain would help sell the statue look too. I'm amazed with the lighting, its super.

Very nicely done. I'm not even a big doctor who fan, but now I'm wondering how you would avoid a Derpy style Weeping Angel.Β You know because she can see in 2 different directions? That be like Weeping Angels on Hard mode.
