Its been one heck of a busy month but I'm finally free to start working on art again
. As for this piece, its about a girl walking in the rain trying to straighten out her umbrella gets help from her feline friend . Originally there wasn't going to be any rain in the thumbnail, but when I was working on the piece it felt like it was missing something and I said, why not add some rain? She already had a parasol which could be used as an umbrella so that ties in perfectly

The reflections are great. The way she's grinning, it looks like she just got caught out there and was lucky to have the parasol.

I've been looking at that cat for a little bit and can't stop. XD Something about it's so fun...maybe how he's looking up at how he's grabbing the parasol, or possibly just how he doesn't care how wet he's getting to play like that.
