Aww, I really love this. It's...haunting. I can't help wanting to pick up the little guy and hug him but at the same time I wouldn't want his glowing eyes to laser right through me.

Reminds me of the chaos from SA2...but different. I always like when paintings are just black and one other color (although black and red are my favorite, blue is cool too).
I like the glowing eyes, and the reflection. The wings and the halo are also nice; they look like they are made of of some sort of energy rather than a physical materical. Pretty cool IMO, nice work. Make me a bit sad though.

haha, that's what i tried with the wings/halo and his eyes. aura, maybe...or electric current.
a lot of my art start out happy and end up sad, strangely enough.
i can see how you'd think of a chaos, though...maybe the robochaos, lol.

You have got to love the type of atmosphere you can SEE. I mean, many pictures give off a certain sense or emotion, but this one just gives me a vibe I can actually view with my eyes. It's strange, and...yes, surreal.
The few trees and their even fewer branches is easy to look at and makes everything so isolated. That little angel creature...the way those glowing orbs stare off into vastness...a little eerie, if I do say so. Very effective. (awww...that little halo....)
The best part? So much blue and black. Two wonderful colors that can make or break a mood.
This is truly astonishing painting and airbrushing!

This is kind of depressing. The poor little guy is just rowing himself along with a paddle towards who knows where with nothing in sight besides his own reflection.

i just wish the trees had more detail and a life like feel. the water, and even the little character in the water stand out 10x more realism then the trees. i like it, but because the trees are a little simplistic... i can't justify favoriting it.
