This is a satire.
Apparently, in a hentai, if there's any character with kemonomimi or tails, that part is usually very erogenous. Touching them is usually enough to turn them on, making them jump on the first dude they see. And also, since they're part animals, they usually have mating season or easily got into heat. Hentai, easy writing.

I would have to disagree. I've seen some genius stuff in hentai before. And what he just described can easily be found on tvtropes.org, a site that literally DEFINES most of these things.
