Description Firework Line Variant
Type: Fire > Fire >> Fire / Flying
Ability: Blaze / Rock Head - Early Bird (HA)
Overall Compatibility?
  Yellow

Charmander: "A lithe variant with a noticeably larger and thicker skull, this creature is known for bashing into things similar to that of Bagon. They love to flap their little arms and dream of flying, but for the time being, their “wings” are sharp enough to inflict harmful damage to predators if they need to."

Charmeleon: "Quick-witted and eager for competition, they will group up for temporary times in order to battle one another, bashing their heads and developing horn crests against one another in order to establish a hierarchy, as well as unleashing bright and loud crackling torrents of flames from their sturdy tails."

Charizard: "A breathtaking being like this is able to soar high into the clouds with just a few flaps of its amazing sets of wings. This Charizard can glide and weave along wind currents with great ease, allowing it to stay high up in the clouds and gaze down at the land and sea with it's amazing eyesight."

Similar to the Raptor line, this variant of the Charmander species is slimmer in body type, and have strong hind legs that can propel them into relatively fast speeds, though nothing to that of the Raptor line itself. They also possess thick, strong skulls with curved horns as Charizard, a stable difference in looks compared to the Common line. What they are most prominently known for is not these traits, surprisingly enough. Rather, it is both the unique “firecracker”/“firework” like blasts they can expel from their tails and mouths, even including loud popping noises to startle enemies, and their wings. Even when it unleashes a powerful Flamethrower or Fire Blast, it’s noted to still have popping and crackling sparks emitting from it.

The second most notable feature about these elegant creatures is their not one, not two, but four wings. Four limb-attached wings specifically, because no other Charizard variant possess such an incredible trait, and only gain their second set of wings after evolution from their Charmeleon stage. These wings allow Charizard to shoot up into the sky with little resistance. They are such great and prolong fliers, that they can spend days up in the sky without tiring if they are migrating from land to a different location. They can also serve as powerful supports in battle, and this Charizard is amongst the few who manifests the ability to learn Hurricane naturally. These attacks also delivered surprisingly large amounts of damage to their foes, and can be quick fighters in battle. However, their Defense is not the best, and thus - despite having high dealing attacks - has been labeled by others as a “glass canon” variant in fights.

Another feat about this variant is that they are strangely attached to living near the craggy sides of volcanoes - regardless on if they are active or dead volcanoes - near oceans, or straight up residing near the steep cliff sides that drop off into the ocean itself. This bizarre attachment to the water has left many researchers confused but curious, and also has alerted them that many of this variant type reside on the slowly recovering island of Cinnabar in said locations. Their attraction to water, however, has not given their bodies the trait of Water-typing, but they are known for diving fully into the ocean and raid schools of Magikarp, Remoraid, even clusters of Krabby on the ocean floor.

Strangely enough, this variant of the fire type species has a very similar look to the artificial “evolution” of Mega Charizard Y, so much that many wonder if the mega evolution has actual connections to this variant. Researchers are still conducting studies on it, as the concept of mega evolution in the Common line only is still considered very recent.

"What if Charizard was an actual wyvern dragon?"
That's the question that caused me to create this variant. Sometimes, all it takes is just the right question to propel me into creation LOL

Granted, I'm not the best when it comes to making wyvern-like things cuz of those darn arms being way longer, but hey, effort and u tried is all I can get bare minimum wise /SHOT also because that was literally the only reason I made this variant, imma skip on throwing down inspiration links cuz not worth it xD;
