Oh boy, ticwooks. Garret supposed he should just be glad the final week wasn’t kindrins, but ticwooks were always such a huge pain to deal with. Luckily, he had fought them before and knew a few strategies that worked pretty well. He gathered a few other flighted students and they set off on their trek into the woods, telling them the plan along the way. Koda was to fly around and distract the ticwook by banging his axe on a shield, Nova would grapple the head, and Cake would grapple the tail. Once the spite was momentarily restrained, Garret would dive down and slice the weak point on the neck. After that, they all work quickly to bind the ticwook with ropes and chains. It seemed like a straightforward plan, but such feats were often much more easily said than done. He’d try his best to keep everyone safe, and he sincerely hoped everyone understood the plan and would take it seriously. Nova was using her wind magic to track the beast, and they were getting close. Now if only Cake would stop that incessant flirting...
