It looks almost like a scene out of a slice of life show

I saw this in the DD, thought about it for weeks, and finally tonight came back to it. There's something about it that drew me in... Very, very good job.

Very smart concept, nicely made... Maybe I should ask the same question to "Master" next time we do an S/M session...

At the same time this is funny, it's also very deep. I'm kind of sad now, but it's ok, it's a great comic.

There is no info as to how to buy a print, I would like it poster size, and preferably autographed.
(I think it would look best matted, sandwiched in plexiglass fastened with screws and hung on stainless wire.)
This is a must for all college kids, not because it's artistic and cool, it is, but because it's true.
Next time they think they know more than mom or dad...
Seriously, I want one.

Okay, I made a print available, but it's not poster size; I deleted the higher resolution image a long time ago, not expecting to get a DD.
Um, I don't really know how all this buying stuff works, but I don't think I can personally autograph it? Unless you sent it to me in the mail or something?
My signature is in the bottom right of the last panel though.

Get out. I was kidding... your work sucks. Hahaha.
Seriously, I want it. Can I write a note?

LunglessArt In reply to FirstSarge [2009-12-10 03:04:50 +0000 UTC]
Hah.
Uh, sure. What do you want to write about?

FirstSarge In reply to LunglessArt [2009-12-10 16:25:21 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, I write so fast sometimes, I forget why I wanted to write a note.
In a nutshell, I want a piece I can frame. I am not into S&M (but hey, maybe the missus and I can...) but that sentiment in that context was so... Cool.
I want to buy a frameable piece.

I can't see anything funny about this work.
I think it shows very important view of human modern society. How broken it is.
There is depth in this work, many ignored and could not see.
What is so funny about a man who needs such services? That can't decide for himself, that is weak and have no one to speak to.
What is so funny about a woman that I strapped in such work? Did you stop for a minute to try and understand what she might feel, why was she doing that in the first place?
It is very shallow to think it was her free choice. Usually these women have trauma from childhood considering rape and violence, sometimes this kind of work is what prevents them to live in the streets. What is so "funny" and "sweet" about that?!
Good work ,man.

Hey, thanks. I just put a light-hearted feel to it, you know?

I can agree with that, but what I don't like is that everybody miss the rest of it.
The duality of meaning - it is not just "ha funny, dude!" it is something more, as I stated here before.
A scene in life that is true to many countries, and I dare say for many centuries. From that-other point, it is SAD (in a soft figure of speech).
