It doesn't really matter to me when you would finish your piece, because I know it might take me awhile. Now that school has started(and I'm coming down with something), I might not have as much time, but I'm willing to make time to complete it.

Once more I must give you my props for being able to create such an ingenius character. You and *Lougier are two of my favorite character designers because you can pick a theme for your characters. For example, Chiro focuses on light, while your stag character (his name escapes me at the moment...sorry) focuses on lightning and storms.
Kudos to you! The spider-theme really is quite well thought-out.

So... are her reproductive habits (eggs/live birth, breeding, etc) more like a wolf or a spider? I ask because when I read the bit about her markings my first thought was "Black widow= eats her mate" and I was like....

Lougier's character Rupert is absolutely genius. That's the only character I've seen from her, but I'm sure the rest are just as fantastic.

I think she was born((as I remember, it was quite some time ago)), I thought of her while trying to fall asleep late one night. I heard scuttling on my ceiling, and it reminded me of spiders. I've always disliked insects, but spiders were an exception. To me, they are so interesting and unique. And my personal favorite has always been the black widow spider, so it just seemed appropriate to make her a wolf-black widow hybrid. The wolf part was just...well...**shrinks away**

I never really thought about any of that. I think...that her reproductive habits would be more like a wolf. She's pretty independent, but in the future I may make her a mate. And no, she wouldn't eat him. XD That little tidbit of information completely slipped my mind this entire time while designing her. That might make her a little misleading now, no?

Great concept. That's a original character. I especially love the example in the upper left corner: the completely black one, Dreamcatcher hanging, all legs well shown. Really imaginate one^^ *nods*

I almost didn't put that example. That corner looked a little bare without anything in it, so I made a base sketch in MsPaint, which looked absolutely horrid, and then transfered it to photoshop. I figured that I should probably show something about her tail and legs.
