Description
The nervous gay boi we all love, Ravenpaw! I like him, he's a sweet lil guy with an adorable relationship with Barley. I like how he goes from a kind of stuck-up apprentice, to a nervous and always on the edge of a panic attack apprentice, to a calm and chill cat that lives in the barn with his husband. I think it's a nice character arc, and shows how much Barley changed his life. His death is also one of the saddest I have read in warriors so far, and it was really well done too. The fact that he is slowly dying throughout his novella, up until he dies with Barley by his side is so sad yet so rewarding, if that makes sense.
For his design, I wanted to semi reflect Dustpelt, since apparently they are brothers. So, I took Dustpelt's eyebrow colour and shifted it to be a purple hue to make Ravenpaw's base pelt colour. I wanted him to have raven feathers as well as I imagine that he uses them to calm himself down (how tho, idk, maybe he just likes to look at them or maybe he chews on them, who knows). Finally, I wanted to reflect that he definitely has some form of trauma or PTSD from Tigerstar, so I gave him darker patches under his eyes to look like eye bags, and I made his eyes have swirls in them. I am also a fan of yellow-purple eye Ravenpaw, so here it is!
