how is this vector? you've talking about brushes, and borders in photoshop...

just cuz something looks like a vector peice, doesnt mean its an actualy vector.

you're doing all that in photoshop, without the use of the pen tool even once, which means everything is raster, not vector..

do your homework please.

Nice tutorial but why is it in the Vector art category? This is a Photoshop tutorial and the only mention of vectors is in reference to brushes, which are probably raster, even if they were originally made in a vector program. So....I'm just confused as to what this has to do with vectors....
