Note: There are a lot of ways of making the glowing edits. this is how I make it. I am not saying that the other ways are the wrong ways and I'm not saying that my way is the complete correct way. I learned this myself, so I know what I know.if you want to learn the way I do it, read the tutorial. if you don't wanna learn what I do then please leave. I don't wanna argue with anyone. and do not spam the post!

ofc, it is Billy Argel Font. I kept it White color (the adjustments made it yellow-ish) go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur. motion blur a bit, then go to Filter > Sharpen, Sharpen it 2-3 times and then you are done
