Isn't that weird how those things work? It's weird because when I was a kid, my mom told me all the time that I was just like Darlene, and I didn't see it at the time. Now that I'm older, I definitely see it. I may not look like her, but her cunning sarcasm, the love of writing and that hard exterior show through.

I've never seen The Big Bang Theory....I don't really watch much TV and what I do watch is not anything that popular. Makes me want to look it up though, because I know the guy that played David on "Roseanne" is in "The Big Bang Theory."

Oh, my mom did stuff like that with me. We would just scream at each other until my mom screamed, "God, when did we become the Conners?" Confused, I asked what she meant and she replied, "I feel like Roseanne and you're being Darlene."

I agree, he's the funniest character EVER! The best part is that this was a Christmas gift to a friend. I was broke that year, so I called up my friend Tim and asked who his favorite celebrity was. He goes, "Definitely Darlene from Roseanne!"

Ha, my favorite episode was when Darlene and her guy friend are sitting on the couch, and the friend says he wants to kiss her, and she gets all creeped out, but he kisses her anyway! My heart had palpitations! And then Roseanne\'s telling her sister about Darlene\'s kiss, and Dan gets all mad and goes after the kid.

I think the main reason they got mad in that episode wasn't because of the kiss, but because Darlene's shirt was all unbuttoned and they realized the kid felt her up! Great episode, though!

She's mine, too. I couldn't stand Becky. She was such a pretty girl. For someone who had booksmarts, she sure as hell didn't have a lot of common sense. At least, the way I see it, if she hadn't been with Mark she could've really been somebody. Like Darlene.

Yeah, there was even one episode when they're living in the trailer park and Becky talks to mark about going back to school, and it think he totally shoots her down. Later on, Roseanne and Dan give her money to go to school, and she sends MARK instead! What a dumbass!

Oh, he is. I hated him, I did. He was always so mean to his brother. I remember one episode he was trying to upstage David when it came to getting girls that he almost jeopardized his marriage.

I think he did that a few times, yet Becky was dumb enough to forgive him. That's the other thing that gets to me....the 2 becky's....I HATED becky #2 (Sarah Chalke, who now stars on Scrubs...because that's what she is!) they should have never gotten rid of Lecy Goranson!
Then for a while David was getting flack from the family, because he had problems with Mark being an ass to him all the time. Well duh! Mark is STUPID and doesn't deserve ANYTHING he had!

Yeah, it was Sarah Chalke. I have no idea why they replaced Becky #1, all I know is that after three years of being gone, she came back for like 2 or 3 episodes, and then she was gone again. I really think that Sarah Chalke just destroyed whatever respect I had left for Becky, because she was even WORSE than Lecy!

She was one of my favs too.. Its really hard to choose a favorite on that show though lol. I just know mine was not Becky.. But I LOVE that show and this drawing! Its great!!

Thanks! It's funny, because this drawing was actually a Christmas present for a friend (so I no longer have the actual drawing, just this scanned image). I asked him who his favorite celebrity was, and he said Sara Gilbert. What he didn't know is that me and a few other friends always cast ourselves as characters in shows and movies....I was cast as Darlene!
