you doing mentalray or scanlines?
you can get the same afect with
scanline as mentalray if you configure
the textures right and scan line goes
way faster.... but im sure you know
this your work looks realy nice.

Nice modeling! I agree, i think the scene needs some work and the lighting needs some tweeking too. There doesn't seem to be much shadow underneath the car, and the reflections on the car are a little odd. but other than that keep up the good work!

I always hate doing the lights on cars becase i find them the most difficult part to look right but all i can say is just to do it point by point and slowly build the mesh off it.

nice modeling.. i think you should work on the scene a bit more.. that brick wall is boring, and the white columns are not very nice.
i dunno what effect ur creating, as the scene is confusing whether its in a big rich house (the glass on the left), or in a ghetto (the brick wall). work on the materials a bit more.. add some kind of tire screech on the floor, graffitis on the brick wall... you get the point..
but as i said the model looks very nice.. so keep it up
