Personally, , I would've made it so that Izuku is a genetic relative to Bruce Banner, almost having the same rough times he had with Bakugo as Bruce did with his dad.
Bottom line, instead of wanting One for All, Deku would want to be strongest one there is!

That depends. Alot of angry folks have gotten the power of the Hulk and have turned out to be either much calmer (effectively becoming so angry they become zen and calm) or have turned into utter wimps (the power conflicting with their exiting powers causing them to become useless). The whole reason the Banner Hulk is a powerful force involves alot of unrepeatable circumstances .Β
