Erza for her own is a monster in battle. With the sharingan she would be a war-goddess and someone truly feared for her enemies.
Of course she would need to train to use the full extention of the powers that those eyes can gave her, and also being close to her new friends to don´t fall in a power-hungry state like the majority of doujutsu users.

Funny you should mention that. I made Erza Sasuke's inter dimensional partner as a plot twist (meaning she got access to his powers and vice versa). So when Orochimaru sent Sasuke to capture Naruto so that he could use his nine-tailed fox as a weapon this lead to an interesting fight.
