I once thought of a possible crossover between Redo of Healer and Fairy Tail. Here is how I pictured it in my head.

It would basically start with Keyaru being transported to Earthland, specifically Fiore, due to a magical distortion. He is from the first timeline, when he is still the powerless, drug-addicted slave of Flare and her party. The Magic Knights of Fiore find him and, due to his erratic behavior, they are forced to restrain him and take him to custody. They eventually discover the signs of abuse on his body and, with the help of a doctor, the presence of drugs in his system. They decide to send him to a nearby hospital where he spends several weeks recovering. Once he has recovered some of his sanity, the Knights visit him and ask him several questions. Keyaru decides to trust the Knights and tell them who he is, where he came from, and what he went through. Having gotten everything they need, they leave Keyaru to recover some more. A few days later, the Knights return with Makarov joining them. They explain about Fiore and the presence of Guilds and mages in the kingdom, after which Makarov offers to invite Keyaru into the Fairy Tail guild. Keyaru hesitates, but Makarov assures him that they will not hurt him, and that they will treat him like family. Convinced, Keyaru accepts Makarov's offer.

And so, Keyaru becomes part of the Fairy Tail guild. He spends his days hanging out with the guild members, and doing all kinds of requests. With Porlyusica's help, Fairy Tail eventually manages to find a way to, at the very least, significantly reduce the pain Keyaru feels when he uses his healing magic. Keyaru also decides to learn other kinds of magic to improve himself. One day, however, another magical distortion appears. From this distortion comes Flare and the other heroes. Flare, annoyed at losing her pet, had casted a spell to determine where he ended up in. Through this spell, she discovers Earthland and, by extension Fiore, as well as Keyaru's whereabouts. She manages to obtain an audience with Queen Hisui, and she spins a story of how Keyaru is an infamous criminal in Jioral; however, it turns out that the Knights have managed to obtain Keyaru's memories, which confirmed his claims and which they presented to Hisui and the officials of Fiore. Knowing that Flare is lying, Hisui refuses to surrender Keyaru and calls out Flare on her lies. Flare and her party has no choice but to leave Fiore and return to Jioral. A few days later, however, she and her party return with an entire army at their disposal. She now fully intends to conquer Fiore, both to recover Keyaru and to add more territory to Jioral.
