If he was a playable character, he would be low in the physical stats (at least when compared to stronger MK characters) but he has a whole variety of moves and hax to help him keep up with the cast. Though, since Slendy is a mysterious being of unknown origin, there's no telling what happens if he suddenly gets stronger when interfering with mystical forces of the MK verse.

He'd get far bur most of the combatants aren't normal humans, most are enhanced humans, cyborgs, demons, aliens, mutants and even gods. As in actual divinity. I can't see Slendy winning against the likes of Raiden, Fujin, Shinnok, Shao Kahn and Onaga. Hell sorcerers like Shang Tsung and Quan Chi would give him a hard time.
