Cool! I love that she has freckles It seems like none of the other merpeople would have freckles, since she spends way more time at the surface, right?

The picture is lovely!

The hands are really well painted. I think you should try and blend/soften the face a little bit to make the hands and the face match each other.

The hair is a bit lifeless but I am really terrible at painting hair so I cannot give you any instruction in how to paint it. And perhaps smooth up the fish a little bit to match the face/hands.

But these are just things to make the picture top notch, it looks lovely the way it is. Good job!!
