Galaxies float in her eyes, and stars drift in her long hair. She tries to help the universe along its ups and downs with her trusty cosmic raindrop jewel, which holding everyone's fate within its sapphire sphere. Sometimes, she dearly wishes that she can open up her beloved gem to discover her own fate, but had always resisted. Until...

Actually it does mean that much too me. I happen to be a respectful fan of sakimichan. Also yes there is something else I would like to critique. First of all the nose is kind of big and the facial structure isn't proportionally correct. I suggest you look up tutorials in drawing the face and hair. The colors you chose for the hair are very nice, but way your painted it is not very realistic.
